Truly an awful insurance company
The app is not user friendly. Exorbitant excess fees. The specific situation that left a bad taste was the fact that my vehicle damages did not amount to over 18k therefore they were unable to claim it from the guilty party as it would not cover their personal legal fees. Understandable from a business perspective but to what degree do you give af about your clients then?
Plus their partnerships with companies who do the repairs is appalling. Shocking work ethic and poor quality work.
First for women- highly recommended.
