True to name and form

The brokers, I dealt with, were an absolute pleasure to work with: they were efficient, helpful, patient and caring. I have a few points that may be remedied.

1. In your sales inventory, your categories are stark; either single, married, or divorced - there was no category for "separated". 2. I was sold insurance on the 4th of the month which was only to be effective from the last day of the month after the first payment was made. No holding insurance was offered and I would have been without cover for 20 days or so. It was only after I had pointed this out to a consultant that the change was made effectively for immediate cover.

On a positive note, my premiums were reduced considerably when I pointed out that I work from home.
