Trouble Free Claim

We had an incident with our vehicle and unfortunately had to claim. However, Nolene, our claims agent, was extremely friendly and helpful in assisting us and even though she went on leave, we were always informed and looked after by other Outsurance personnel within the department. It was even more of a surprise when Cheree from the legal department called one day to inform us that they had successfully reclaimed the money from the other party and we were paid back for the damages incurred. I honestly had my reservations and dreaded ever having to claim but now I am very glad I have my policy with Outsurance. Thank You Outsurance. Also, the panel beater recommended (Pra-maia) was superb, very quick turnaround time and good workmanship.
