Transunion and Compuscan Listings

Hi there.

I canceled my Outsurance policies a while ago. As I'm entitled to do. Moved my insurance to Santam. However! Upon doing a credit check, I see that ALL my Outsurance policies show as OPEN/ACTIVE with an installment DUE and current balance?!? This is WRONG. The reason why it's a problem is that it looks like I have several thousand rands worth of bills to pay each month when that's not the case.

When you cancel a policy, it lapses at the end of the month. But that month was paid. So why does it show OUTSTANDING?

When I canceled my Momentum STI policy, they correctly updated Transunion with status "Account Closed / Paid Up". Why doesn't Outsurance? This is negatively affecting my credit report and is honestly starting to annoy me now.

I've spoken to Outsurance about this. All they said was that they'd send me a paid-up letter confirming nothing due. Which they did, and after waiting for 20 days for Transunion to update their records, it's STILL wrong. I've been harping on about this now for MONTHS.
