Transcripts
It's been 3 weeks since I requested transcripts for my claim from outsurance and I have not yet received them. They also said they will refund my premium for my canceled policy its been more than a month and a refund was not processed. All I get is back and forth being transferred to different people, the only good service to expect from Outsunce is sales beyond that its just ****! Extremely frustrating
