wow sad to the core, ISABEL didn't do her homework, of the matter of 10 years ago she promised o get back to us we must give her sometime we did and the next thing I hear it been too long and that's it. she made me feel afraid to continue with outsurance as it clearly indicates that I'm not safe 20 years my records won't be found, I ask the simple question as I wanted her to back up her answer based on policy governing her to do her Job (rather the approved 10 years ago, or maybe the one that was used to decline the claim) I can't even begin to digest the answer I got, I'm puzzled when the matter was escalated to her, I was of the impression that she will be investigating the matter by any means possible, as proof beyond a reasonable doubt that they indeed at the right.sh just responded based on me querying the matter surely she had forgotten. the record was requested via twitter two weeks ago, that part was ignored im informed records were requested today so Matt cole(CIO) gets to be informed today I assume, I even wonder now Lynette Bischoff is aware of the clause Im looking for based on the telephonic conversation I had with Isabel THIS IS A SERIOUS MATTER AND I WANT IT RESOLVED ASAP, I WOUDL HAVE EXPECTED ISABEL TO ESCALATE TO THE THE RELEVANT COMMITTEES,

Hello Londiwe

We understand your frustration.

Our claims manager, Isabel made contact with both our client as well as yourself.

The recording required dates back to 2010, which Isabel requested.  Please note by law, we are only required to keep records for 5 years after a policy was cancelled.
As Isabel explained,  it is passed the prescribed period and you will not be able to claim for the incident which occurred 10 years ago.

Regards
OUTsurance
