Traffic flow controllers creating more hold ups

This morning I got stuck in traffic for the first time on my way to work. At first I couldn't understand why there is so much traffic all of a sudden. Turns out there was two Outsurance traffic controllers on the road that I was traveling on. They controlled two intersections that are 100 meters away from each other. It created chaos as the vehicles in the main road got grid locked as one controller stop the traffic as soos as the other one gave way. What has always been a 5 min trip for me turned into a 30min trip. Please remove those traffic controllers from Wetton Road, Cape Town. Close to Wetton Station. Thank you
