Toyota claim

<p>When I phoned Neritha Mansingh, she was very polite and friendly. She explain in detail what will happen and assured me she will sort the claim. She also reminded me of the AVIS car availible during the repair period. I experienced no problems with Neritha and wil give her 11 out of 10. </p>
