Totally ridiculous insurance company..
I would just like to put my 2c in the Jar to say that it is absolutely ridiculous that I need to pay 19k for excess on 23k worth of damages.. Which ultimately means you will pay me 4k and my car is still damaged.. I was in a restaurant my car in the oarking lot where a third party bumped into it with two eye witnesses and admission of guilt from the third party. How am I liable to pay anything... And to add why am i paying you as my insurance when i ask for help to claim against the third party insurer you do not want to... This is absolute ludicrous... I expect an answer from somebody!!
