Totally dissatisfied with Outsurance
After being a client for approximately 15 years Outsurance can’t satisfy me even after I tried my best to stay with them for short term insurance. My cars depreciate but yet premiums go up close to 30% annually. Even after providing them with competitive quotes they can’t help me to discount their increase. Lesego Mashao and Carla tried their best but policies in Outsurance prevents them from helping me. Totally dissatisfied with Outsurance inability to retain loyal clients. Maybe they should retract their adverts pretending to save clients money. Remember the annual increase will make up for their so called loss..

25 Sept 2020, 16:30Hello Rajesh
We appreciate your loyal support of the past 15 years very much.
At the same token, please know we understand your disappointment about the increase.
You rightfully stipulated vehicle values depreciate, which we in fact do consider. We do however need to make provision for possible repair costs, and prices of spares as well as labour do increase, irrespective of vehicle value depreciating.
Our client care manager, Dean, tried to contact you to discuss your rerate increase as well as principles we apply at rerate stage. He proceeded by sending you an email.
We'll appreciate it if you could converse with Dean and we hope to be able to discuss your concerns to your satisfaction.
Regards

26 Sept 2020, 07:57This issue was not resolved so please don’t water the issues down about costs. Motor vehicles depreciation substantially over a year. You should be more prescriptive of the outcome rather than muddling the waters. I expect a clear resolution. Outsurance Has a lot to learn about customer satisfaction and how to retain clients. Clients = Business continuity
