i have called outsurance to see if they can beat my current insurance, i gave them the info they requested and and the couldn't beat my current insurance, instead their quote was R1000 more than my current quote, so the guys said he will mail me everything for the R400 claim since the couldn't beat the current quote and the send me my quote, nothing else. i couldn't even reply to the email adress. TOTAL ********!
