Total opposite..Looks for reasons not to Pay
<p>We decided to go with outsurance,thinking they were the best,and that should we have problems we would be in good hands..But,oh no,it took a year for them to finally find there reason,not to pay us..which does not make sense,they have a special team assigned to look into every possible reason why you should not be paid..Shame on you Outsurance.. all your advertising that's so false and we pay almost 3000pm premium and never had any claims.</p>
Thank you for informing us. David our claims manager contacted you to discuss our findings. He mentioned that initially you decided to claim from the other insurer and thereafter when they repudiated the claim you decided to continue with us. We then had to continue with our validation process. This was a stock claim and for us to proceed we needed proper stock records. David did go into detail with you.
