The discrepancies found was based on lack of thorough investigation on your side had your job been done precise and accurate all would've went well and been proven.<br> Outsurance had no record of my exam time table so before you took it upon yourself to reply you should have consulted with my personal time table. My husband was called in for a meeting with your assessors and I waited in the car with my child, your assessor basically forced me to come in with my child and I can guarantee you no arrangements were made to look after my child hence I requested all the recordings as proof of your blatant lie! Another lie of yours is that Lulama had provided me with all I requested the fact is after I posted this on Hellopeter Outsurance jumped and yet again I have proof of this as I constantly hounded them! You say you never intended to make this difficult for us but that is exactly what you did! Dinky if outsurance had to choose to pay a claim valued at 200k or pay a commission of 20k to their assessors it's a no brainer!
