Total incompetency....

I spoke to an Outsurance consultant to take up a life policy with them and made it clear what my budget was for my premiums. They then deducted way more that the amount we agreed upon without having discussed any clanged on the premium with me,i reversed the amount and a consultant called me regarding this matter,i then advised him that the amount debited was not the same amount that we agreed upon,he then told me that there is a once off initiation charge on the policy which was never communicated to me,he said he would send me docs regarding the policy, he later sent me an email with no attachment on it I was never sent docs to sign to consent to the policy yet they were too quick to debit an amount that i did not consent to. I find this totally irritating for such a big company yet they fail to deliver and showed no sign of loyalty nor transparency. I sent an email to cancel the policy as i do not have time to deal with such *********** people who made it clear that they cant be trusted with such a big insurance policy. I am very disappointed to say the least and hope never to deal with this company ever again.
