TORNADO DAMAGE IN PROTEA RIDGE KRUGERSDORP 9 OCTOBER

After severe damage on my home, outbuildings, Lapa, electric fencing and perimeter walls on my property on 9th October 2017, when the tornado swept through Protea Ridge in Krugersdorp. . Due to the volume of claims, it took Outsurance quite a while to appoint an assessor to my case. BUT once the assessor Shaun came and assessed the damage Outsurance immediately appointed Tracey Grobler as the PROJECT MANAGER.

Grobcon Pty Ltd was appointed as the CONSTRUCTION COMPANY. Wessel from Grobcon came to assess the damage, after the quotation was done Tracey Grobler accompanied Wessel to ensure that each item was noted. Tracey found all to be in order and the work was started and completed within the time period stated.

Tracey was very particular and very precise on what needed to be done! Stressing the point that all work taking place had to be of a very high standard.

Wessel the owner of Grobcon inspected the completed work on a weekly basis during the duration of the project personally. This impressed me immensely. Wessel also update Tracey on a regular basis. I also had a call from Mariaana at their offices on a weekly basis, following up of specific and general progress, and my level of being satisfied with the progress and completed work. Tracey also contacted me on a few occasions to discuss progress etc.

The team arrived each day on time with the site manager- I**** in charge - I**** did an absolutely splendid job. As-well as Hein attending to the steel structure work. On days that I**** had to work elsewhere a replacement site manager was sent. The workforce was never left on their own.

Good planning with other companies, all arriving and completing what needed doing as and when it had to take place. Gutters, thatching, Alcor Security on the electric fencing and security system.

The standard of managing the project and the workmanship was absolutely fantastic. Each item on the report was attended to with ease and perfection. No mess No fuss. Attention to detail was of a very high standard - in-fact perfection!! No noise while working, daily cleanup before leaving the site. It was an absolute pleasure working with Grobcon Pty Ltd.
