Top service from the consultant, but the excess you charge is absolutely ridiculous
Top service from the consultant, but the excess you charge is absolutely ridiculous. You are so unbelievably higher than so many other insurers. I haven't made a claim in such a long time that it's just not fair to tolerate this unrealistic demand from you. I was just plain stupid to have been your client for so long.
