I was involved in a car accident at a fourway stop. I went onto the OUTsurance website, and contacted the OUTsurance help desk by phone. They were extremely helpful. Within minutes I had sent them an email with all the details, including an AR number, a sketch of the accident scene, and other details. OUTsurance arranged an appointment at the nearby Glassfit branch. I arrived ther early the next day, to be met by the assessor, as well as the Glassfit staff. The next day I took my car to Aerotec Autobody in Spartan. And First Car Rental delivered my rental car to my house the following day. The new windscreen was fitted by Glassfit, while my car was at the panel beaters. When my car was ready, I met with First Car Rental, at the panel beaters (Aerotec), handed over the rental car, and drove home in my own good as new looking car. Everything went like clockwork.
