Top notch company.

Had to review my Policy and spoke to Alice. She was attentive and understood my needs without me having to repeat myself over and over again which seems to be the norm in South Africa these days. She was patient and willing to repeat herself quite often as the line was not all that good and my ears not that hot either. When I ended the call I was so happy that I had spoken to her. Follow up confirmation emails were received almost simultaneously. I am continually surprised ( I really shouldn't be) by the outstanding service I receive from all at OutSurance and Alice was up there with the best of them. I do and will continually extol the excellent service that I receive from them. A company that I have no hesitation in advertising to friends and relatives every day of the week! Well done all of you!
