TOP-NOTCH ASSISTANCE FROM SHANA GOUNDER AT OUTSURANCE
I had to make changes to my OUTsurance policies and received top-notch assistance from Shana Gounder. There was a lot of paperwork to wade through but Shana was very professional and explained everything thoroughly. After a lengthy call I came away feeling confident that all the necessary changes had been made and everything was in place.
