Top Claims experience with Outsurance

I have been an outsurance client for 4 years now. In that time I have made 2 claims. The first for a car involved in an accident that was written off. Outsurance made sure that the claims assessor was knowledgeable and very efficient. My claim was settled with no fuss and bother and I was paid out very promptly. Best claims service I have ever had. Just this week I had to claim for a burst geyser and Ebrahim helped me. The claim was authorised instantly telephonically as soon as he had all the details and a service provider appointed promptly. Ebrahim followed up continually to make sure that the service provider had arrived and was attending to my burst geyser. Very impressed yet again Outsurance. The switch I made to Outsurance was the best insurance move I could possibly have made. Perhaps they could train up some other service providers we sometimes have to deal with. (Ha ha)
