Took a bit long to get the gate motor replaced (turnaround time a bit long) after the claim was approved. But once the Service providers made contact (Ntebaleng), all was good. Professional, punctual on agreed time of installation and installers profesional as well (Mpho and colleague). Good overall customer experience.
