Too much uses to pay out refund

I was insured by outsurance for home content and by king price but for some reason I did not know that I was supposed to cancel one of my insurences so I was over insured but I did not claim for any contents so I phoned outsurance to cancel because king price is much cheaper and I phoned outsurance but was referred from the one consultend to the next I have sent emails on emails they have so much stories saying I must sent my policy Schedule.pdf and no claims letter and that they will pay back 50% of my premiums that I paid for outsurance I did that and now they have issues to pay out my money. Services are poor but they are not going the extra mile for their clients I endes up cancel all my policies they are bad and I will not recommend any one to go to outsurance and what they say in their adverti*****t are not true I had the worst experience... They can keep also my refund. Go king price
