Too much customer service can be a bad thing!

On 5 April 2017 I get a call from an Outsurance agent saying he wants to give me a quote. At first I had no idea why he is calling me because I didn't request a quote or call back of any kind. He responds by saying I did a quote with Outsurance about a year ago and they want to know if they can quote me again. So I agreed and answered the endless list of questions to get an updated quote to compare against my current premium with Discovery Insure. After the premium was calculated, I told him that it doesn't beat my current insurance premium so I will not go with Outsurance. Then I get another call on 7 April 2017 from another agent wanting to know if the first agent emailed me the quote and if I had a chance to look at it and if I am satisfied with it. Again, I told her it doesn't beat my current premium so I will not go with Outsurance. Declining their premium twice still wasn't enough to get them off my case because on 10 April 2017 I get two more calls, one at 8:26 the morning and another at 15:28 in the afternoon, still wanting to know if I am satisfied with the quote! I told the same story to these agents AGAIN - can't beat my current premium so I'm not moving! I am really irritated at this stage having to tell 4 different agents that I am not accepting Outsurance's but they keep calling me even after I declined with the first 3 agents. Please Outsurance, no means no, no matter how many times you call me. you can't beat my current premium with Discovery Insure and you owe me R800 so stop bugging me.
