Too expensive now

I think we are 2 years with you guys now. You are always so friendly and helpful, but we just can't afford you guys anymore, we moved just 10km from our old house and our insurance went up with almost R1000, we can't put on the out an about because that is another R400 or R500 extra in a month!! So our insurance will be R2900 or something like that, I am so scared to take things with us out of the house, because we do not have the out and about!! Is there someone that we can talk to to help us with our insurance that it is not this much? or is there nothing you can do?

We are really happy with your service, when people hear we are with outsurance they always say good luck with claiming something, but I can say we never had any problems with our claims, thank you for that.

Because of covid, we did not get any raise in our work so our salary is staying the same but everything else is going up, so this is forcing us to look for a new cheaper insurance, I do not want to but R2900 a month leave me with no choice.
