TOO BIG FOR THEIR BOOTS

Outsurance cancelled me for two returned debit orders last year and I had to then get insurance with FFW. I decided to respond to the Outsurance "beat your quote or give you R400" ad campaign and was very quickly called back the same morning. Long story short I never heard from the agent again and so I phoned back and spoke to someone else today - my profile simply states they don't want me as a client because I was cancelled for bad debt AND bad claims history!!! Funny how when I was a client - until last year - and had been a client for many, many years, they never mentioned "bad claims history" - the agent had no further detail of these so-called "bad claims". I said I thought it was disgusting and that I want a manager to call me back. He said a sales manager isn't going to be able to do anything for me but he would "honour"my wishes and email his manager. I said get your manager's manager to call me then - SURELY you have MANAGERS who deal with COMPLAINTS. The agent told me it wasn't a complaint as such and therefore he doesn't believe anyone would call me back. I said IT IS A COMPLAINT, CAN YOU HEAR ME, I'M COMPLAINING AND I WANT A MANAGER TO PHONE ME - THIS IS WHAT A COMPLAINT SOUNDS LIKE!! He said he hopes they call me back .... goodbye, have a nice day. Shocking. Seriously, Outsurance? All this for two returned debit orders (which I tried to pay via EFT but was told "we don't do business any other way but debit order - I can't even give the company's banking details because I don't know what they are). And, if claiming for a smash and grab window, hail damage and a chipped windscreen in the past three years is a "bad claims history" then you're very disillusioined as to why people pay for insurance!!!!! Goodbye ... have a nice day. HAPPY FIRST FOR WOMEN CLIENT!!!!
