Today I had to rethink my future due to excellent service received !!

<p>We were actually planning to change insurance brokers due to a more affordable package deal from another broker (Long story). So today my wife's car broke down in Pta and she was stuck alone on her way to work. She gave me a call to assist, she told me that she tested (for the first time) roadside assist from Outsurance and they are apparently on the way ! 15 minutes later she phoned me back saying that they are busy loading her vehicle on a low bed truck, the person's name was Henk (Moot towing services), she stated that he promised to make sure she is ok. Apparently she was phoned 6 times by the outsurance contact centre during her ordeal (to make sure she was still ok and make all the arangements). The lady who assisted her was Avril Hoskins. Avril I need to inform you... my wife has Cancer, she's currently undergoing Chemo, I couldnt get to her quicker than you guys ! I dont think you realise what this means to me ! Your assistance today made me rethink my decision to leave Outsurance. Thank you and the team ! This will not go unnoticed !</p> <p>Regards FREDDIE MILES ********** 734</p>
