Today I had the pleasure of speaking to Nyameka Khambule, and I have never received such exceptional service. She is knowledgeable, friendly, and you can hear in her voice that she genuinely cares about her customers and assists with passion. A big kudos to Nyameka Khambule, I can only wish there were more like her. Even though I didn't take up insurance with Outsurance because they could not beat my current premium, the service I received was truly splendid.
