To be honest with you I had calls from many other insurers but unlike outsurance , the agent was very in depth with everything and answered our questions to the best of her ability and to make certain we understood what we were getting, she extended extra help by getting her manager to elaborate more on our concerns.. for me that speaks a lot about the agent...the customers concern matters more than just a sign up, and then she also promised that any time after we sign up and if we need to query anything else or if we unsure about anything we shud feel 😞free to call her🙏 truly amazing
