To be honest I've only ever had superb service from Outsurance and today was no exception. From the first petson I spoke to ( Steven) to the retentions department reoresentative the service was professional, helpful and I came away yet again surprised by the level of excellence afforded me. Certainly not common from most places of business in South Africa. I have been a client of Outsurance for many years and wouldn't even consider changing insurers.
