To be honest, I expected my call to OUTsurance to be pleasant and fairly polite, but pleasantly surprised at the top notch professionalism I encountered throughout my telephonic conversation.The lower monthly premium was of cause appreciated.I was given the option of either going to the PG glass outlet closed to me to have my car assessed, or download the app and do it myself. Well, I took the chance of downloading the app, did the assessment in about 5 minutes and had a reply in about 30 minutes after having submitted it. Absolutely fantastic! Let’s hope it never comes to me having to submit a claim, but I am highly optimistic that, should it come to that, that I will not be disappointed. All smiles for now!
