I'm very disappointed with outsurance My mom had an accident a car bump on her car. So she took the car to panel beater the demaged cost 36 000 outsurance paid my mom 18 000 they took 4000 for access they deposited 14000.then after they claimed 36000 from this guy's insurance because he was at faulty then they paid back mom that 4000 they took for access and kept the rest of the cash while my mums car is not paid. Please outsurance pay the money you claimed from the guy insurance.
