Thanks for your reply - I do appreciate it. Now it would be great to know that I was covered with immediate effect despite the cancellation of my policy through no fault of my own :) I have had to reinstate the policy which I have done, but have to wait until the end of the month for cover as I do not have the pro-rata amount available to get cover going immediately. Please see what you can do.
