Tina is an absolute Gem

I've been with Outsurance for eons and every time i have a query or a general question, i know outsurance will handle it with cloud gloves. i needed to add another vehicle to my insurance policy and Tina patiently helped through the process. my days a filled with back to back meetings and everytime i asked her to call me at a certain time she will without fail. even if i ask her to call back because i'm in the middle of something she patiently calls back. costomer service has never felt so tailor made and exclusive. love her!!!
