Time wasters!!!

<p>Pathetic, slow service from the entire group!! not one person was able to assist me. My vehicle was sent to SMD without any notification, the vehicle has not been signed off to anyone, i own the vehicle. I have been very co-operative with the the assessor yet its been 10 days and still no feedback on my claim. The assessor still wants me to get information regarding the accident. How long is it going to take for my claim to be processed????????!!!!!! The service provider outsurance uses, ProBeat- Pedro the owner knows nothing of what happened to the vehicle that was in his possession. Yet if he was fixing my vehicle i would be a very loyal customer, now that my vehicle is a write off, he tells me that its not his problem and shuts the door in my face. Outsurance will lose my loyalty to them as they have failed to keep me informed of my claim. The assessor keeps making accusations that i am a **** with EVERYTHING i say and thinks he knows everything. Im insured with outsurance because they were extremely quick in my previous claim, but being given 3 different assessors and still doing the ****en work for outsurance is really ****ing me off. i cant even remove anyting from my vehicle because they have not sent me a release as promised. I need some feedback and my claim needs to be done by today!!!</p>
