Thumbs up for excellent service from Fikile Gosiame and Marlinie

I have again been pleasantly surprised by the efficiency and competence of the people employed at Outsurance. I received a call out of the blue from Fikile Gosiame. I was unable to discuss my needs during the course of working hours and she kindly agreed to call me during my lunchtime. She took the lead and was so pro-active, with a lot of patience and a good sense of humor too. Outsurance I do not know what you are doing on your side but I am very grateful and feel confident that my business with your company is in good hands. Thank you for your help Fikile and Marlinie, not Melanie, who also assisted me late in the afternoon. I am extremely grateful for the help I received on such short notice. It took a call out of the blue from Fikile, and later in the day Marlinie assisted me further which has motivated me to turn all my insurance needs over to Outsurance.
