Thumbs up for excellent service

I have been part of the Outsurance family since 2006, and each and every time I received excellent service from their staff. Friday 4 September was no exception. It was refreshing to have Sifiso Mthombeni on the other end of the line. Not only did I get good advice, it was done with a smile and tons of friendliness. We have been on the phone for an hour and not once did I feel ill at ease. I salute this gentleman for his friendliness, professionalism and good sense of humour. I received service with a smile.
