Threats made on my credit rating.

Getting a quote from Outsurance was easy, until I was passed to a superior manager, whose name I have.

I was open with the staff member and said I would be shopping around to get quotes... He then told me that my credit rating could suffer from me shopping around. This is a direct threat to get me to sign the quote off. I stopped the conversations and told him how that made me feel and that I felt it was offensive.

I feel that this behaviour should be *******.
