Threatening phone call and sms from outsurance

My son was involved in an accident with an outsurance client. He received a threatening phone call this morning from one of their employee's, Bongani Kambule who informed him that they have concluded that the accident was his fault and that he must pay. My son is still in school and asked how they could have concluded that the accident was his fault and that they should contact his father, but the agent didn't want to listen and continued with the threats. While my son was still talking to him, Bongani just hung up the phone. Is this the way outsurance handle their claims? Just try to get the money from someone else in order for them not to have to pay? Clearly it is, as their website states the following under their liability cover: What should I do if I caused an accident? Do not admit guilt before you’ve reported the incident to us. Where possible, you should also take steps to prevent or minimise liability. After Bongani hung up he sent a threatening sms with the following: Please note, if you fail to make arrangements to pay for outstanding money to OUTsurance for damages arising from the accident dated 02/07/2018, the matter will be litigated on resulting in legal costs, judgement against you, and an ITC listing. Now I ask you, how can you list someone for outstanding money if that person never bought anything from you and doesn't have an account or any insurance from you? How do you just accept whatever your client's father told you regarding the accident without speaking to the other party, oh right, I forgot, you advise your clients not to accept any liability and to never admit guilt. I am appalled at your business ethics and values. No wonder your employees have no ethics either and were probably trained to hang up on people while they are still talking.

Good morning, I received no phone call from Shelton or anyone else at outsurance to discuss my concerns. No one discussed anything with me. I received an email from Shelton and that is not a discussion, but a written response and one sided. A discussion is a conversation between 2 people. No attempt was made to get all the facts regarding the accident, yet you want to proceed with recovery.
