Threatening behavior from Outsurance employee
Your employee Gerrard Nel is demanding a settlement from my sister regarding an accident claim. The other party has never contacted my sister to discuss how they will fix the car. However Gerrard Nel is already demanding a settlement of R27k. He says this is how it works at Outsurance. Why can't you give us the option to fix the car since we are willing?
