THOUGHT I WOULD JUST TRY GET A BETTER INSURANCE

So I pay my insurance annually with my current insurer, this is due for renewal on 01 March of every year and I thought I would try and get a quote from someone else to see if I'm not getting over charged and tried Outsurance as they advertise all the time on the radio station I listen to. Outsurance offered me a quote almost double what my current insurer quoted and Oupa even said that I deserve the R400 and would receive an email, well no email so not sure if that just means that it was a cheap advertising ploy by you guys or how many days does it take to send an email?
