This will be 3rd successful motor accident claim from Outsurance...I rate them Excellent with highly efficient friendly staff that goes that extra mile....My most recent claim was done in 1 day...I had a accident at 8am by 3pm my car was assessed I received the assessment report and by 5pm a courtesy car was delivered to my door.....by Monday morning my claim was finalized and sorted all this with in a matter of a day works ....im gratefull and highly appreciative of the excellent service .at this rate I don't see myself dealing with any other insurance company
