This was my first insurance claim, and I was very stressed about the process. I expected lots of questions and possible reasons for my claim to be rejected. Normally, I try to fix damages myself instead of claiming, but this time the repairs became too costly. I submitted my claim through the OUTsurance app seven days after the accident and without a police case, so I knew I had not followed procedure. However, the consultant was friendly, understanding, and willing to help. After sending photos, reports, and quotes, the same consultant personally called me back the next day, which felt very professional and personal. My claim was approved, and the money was paid into my account within 24 hours so I could complete the repairs.
