This was my first claim with Outsurance and did not know what to expect when I lodged the claim

This was my first claim with Outsurance and did not know what to expect when I lodged the claim. I was assisted by a very polite young lady called Vicky Raboroko and she was very helpful and I felt so relaxed after she explained the process and she reassured me that she will process the claim which she did and I received the claim number within a few seconds which I could hand over to the person my husband nudged. I was very happy that it went so smoothly without too many explanations. Her service was outstanding. Thank you again for the assistance. Regards
