This was my first claim OUTsurance pets. My dog was bitten by a snake on Saturday. I log the claim on my app on Saturday while in the emergency room. Before 08:00 on Monday my claim was registered by a consultant and Monday evening when my dog was released from Onderstepoort my claim had been paid in full. Fantastic service 🌟🌟 Also with this policy I did not have a concern about my funds being too little as OUTsurance cover R26,000 per year which is a lot more than most competitors!
