This seems unfair

SO my wife has been handling a claim for her tablet that we have insured. The repairer is taking quite a bit of time. The repairer recommended replacing the tablet as opposed to repair as the time was excessive. OUtsurance then phones my wife saying they will pay R7200 for the tablet... This is where I have the problem , My insurance schedule says it is covered for R9180 (as at 29 October). Secondly this is a Galaxay note 10.1 2014 edition , I have not seen one so far online under R9000. So what am I supposed to replace with R7200 ??? So either you pay me what it covered for , you get me a new tablet (THE SAME ONE) or we wait for the repair. But if you are going to short change me the next stop will be ombud.<br> <br>
