This review is with my experience with Outsurance. I had the pleasure in dealing with Thando who handled my pet claim. What first made me feel like I mattered to her, was that she showed empathy for my dog who was ill. She showed care and concern about his health. She handled the claim swiftly and efficiently and also contacted the vet on my behalf to complete the claim process as I could not get back to the vet to get the forms signed. She further went on to advise me of additional benefits which would save me costs of Med's in the long term. Her patience with me, in handling my claim was commendable. Keep up the great work Thando and Outsurance.
