This Outsurance consultant is fantastic!

Elizabeth Mahloala was my contact at Outsurance Legal after a little fender bender in May 2015. <br> <br> After my and the other party in the accident's were fully assessed, due to the damages I was informed that my full excess would not be paid back to me from the other party's insurance, only a portion.<br> <br> Naturally, I was very upset about this, as the accident was not my fault and the other party admitted to the accident being her fault, even adding it to the police report.<br> <br> Poor Elizabeth had to listen to me taking frustrations out on her, and I am sure I am not the only customer who does this to her. She handled it VERY professionally, (I did apologise for taking it out on her, don't worry) she went into further investigations on other cases, went back into the file, checked similar cases, got her manager involved to try and help me. <br> <br> Even though in the end nothing could be done to get my full excess payment returned to me, I MUST compliment Elizabeth on her extra effort and friendliness and professionalism.<br> <br> WELL DONE!!!
