This lady is a big asset to outsurance not only because she was able to assist me in my own language but she is very well informed and was able to assist me with accurate and prompt questions and answers.<br> Fortunately I was in Pretoria at the time of the accident, my biggest fear when it was time for my daughter to go to varsity, was that she gets into an accident and I am not close to her to assist.<br> But I must say if this is the person on the other side of the phone when I need assistants when I am not close to my loved ones I will be at ease. She immediately took control of the tow trucks and I did not have worry about that, I was able to focus on my daughter who was still sitting in the car not because she injured but because she was afraid that they will tow the car and she now that I told her not to allow that.<br> I was assisted and kept in the loop throughout the proses on that day and throughout the whole claim with a lot of patience friendly assistants.<br> She is well spoken very well-mannered and a pleasure to speak to.<br> Thanks a lot and God bless.
