This is not a car insurance but a mere insult

Worst and most ridiculous insurer I have ever been with.

They are very reliable in debiting your account but obviously unwilling to insure your car.

I got the car insurance on Thursday (public holiday). I was advised that the insurance cover would only commence upon inspection of the car at an inspection center. I drove to the inspection site (50km in total) to find out that it is closed even though I was told that it is open until 12PM.

As I called the company, all of a sudden, the customer service advised me that the inspection site is closed due to a public holiday. They assured be that the inspection site would be open the following day. Back at the inspection site on the next day, it was closed again! This time the customer service told me they were too busy to speak to me now and promised to call me back but I never got a call, which is unprofessional and incredibly rude, too.

Today these time wasters of an insurance company debited my account. My brand new car is parked on the street over the weekend without any insurance. Plus I drove a total of 100km for nothing.

This is an insult. I would recommend anybody to go to MiWay or Santam.
