This is my second time making a Pet Insurance claim with OUTSurance, and my experiences have been genuinely amazing. Our furbaby was in hospital, came home last week Friday, and yesterday, I received the refund for the claim in my account. The turnaround times for assigning claim advisors and for processing the claims and supporting documents is ridiculously fast, and it's a pleasure submitting a claim each time, knowing that it will be resolved within a few days max. It makes having to pay up front almost a non-issue.
